SHIPPING

⦁ We aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days. All packages are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. A tracking number will be provided to you ( via email) once the goods have been dispatched.

⦁ We currently ship to UK customers only.

⦁ If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order in the aforementioned timeframe, we will contact you directly. Please allow up to 5 working days after acceptance of your order during peak seasonal periods.

⦁ Should you have any concerns relating to your order, please contact us on info@kropperbarber.co.uk and we will of course get back to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

We trust that you will be happy when ordering from Kropper Barber. However, should you wish to return the goods, we will be happy to issue a full refund.

⦁ Please return the package to us, accompanied with your original receipt/delivery note, within 14 days of purchase.

⦁ We can only offer a refund on a product when it is returned unused and in it's original packaging.

⦁ We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your product(s) are nonsaleable unless deemed faulty.

⦁ Postage will only be refunded for goods returned that are faulty.
